Chapter Philanthropy & Service

In addition to national partners, collegiate chapters also support local causes through philanthropic fundraising and hands-on service on their campuses and in their local communities.

In addition to national partners, collegiate chapters also support local causes through philanthropic fundraising and hands-on service on their campuses and in their local communities.

The Delta Phi Chapter has been actively working to support our national philanthropy of Women’s Wellness. Through this channel we have established relationships with EndAbuse4Good, National Organization for Women (NOW), NEDA, and BEDA. We also support our national service project of Dress for Success which “empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life”.

As a sorority we have worked to support and connect with these organizations in multiple ways. We have had donation drives, participated in the NEDA walk, volunteered at the BEDA conference, and held events in support of EndAbuse4Good such as our Annual Popup Shop. The Women’s Wellness Initiative provides an outlet for our sisters to work together in a variety of service opportunities that all aim to support women in our community.

We also participate in NYDM along with all of NYU's Greek Life to help fight pediatric cancer!
