President: Ali Garcia
Hi everyone my name is Ali, I’m a junior in CAS majoring in English with a minor in History and work as a project coordinator at the Childhood Domestic Violence Association. I’m also currently serving as the Delta Phi Chapter President. I came out for recruitment the fall of my freshman year and could not have been welcomed into a more supportive inspiring community. I am so happy to be a part of an organization of women who constantly uplift each other and are just so genuinely fun to be around. In my limited free time you can usually catch me watching trash T.V. or setting off my smoke detector whenever I try to cook (ask Kat we’re roommates!) If you have any questions about Alpha Sigma Tau or greek life at NYU email me at firstname.lastname@example.org!

Being around such fun, empowering, and overall amazing women is undoubtedly my favorite part of AST. In my free time you can find me running all over Manhattan tutoring, nannying, and hanging out with my sisters (whether it's watching TV or spending countless hours studying in Bobst) . I am so excited to serve on the executive board and I cannot wait for the wonderful work AST will achieve in the upcoming year!

VP of Organizational Development: Kat Facchini
Hi y’all! My name is Kat, and I am Alpha Sigma Tau’s Vice President of Organizational Development. I joined Alpha Tau my freshman year, and it was a fantastic decision. I love that I am part of an organization of such understanding and excellent women, they inspire me to be a better person every day. When I’m not at an AST event, you can find me at the movies, hanging out in Tompkin’s Square Park, or playing The Sims. My passions include sustainability, writing, music, and the occasional bad reality TV show. I currently work at a non-profit called the Earth Day Initiative, where I help with community outreach and sustainable event planning. Some other organizations that I am involved in at NYU include the New York Dance Marathon, the Office of Sustainability, Welcome Week, and Gallatin Student Council.
